Greetings on the first issue of Eden City News. I hope that this will bring together our community here in mutual sharing. I would like to thank all those who have put their trust in us and assure them we are resolute in our efforts to do justice to the faith placed in us.

Maheshtala has been in the news and for all the right reasons. We had the pleasure of having the god of football, Diego Maradona himself, coming down to visit and laying the foundation stones of the Maradona Sports Complex and the Indian Football School right here in Maheshtala. As you can imagine, all roads on that memorable occasion led to our doors, much to the exuberance of the football aficionados of Kolkata.

All this is part of a general trend that is making Maheshtala the new South Kolkata. With the suburban revolution spreading, we have every hope of seeing Eden City becoming one of Kolkata’s major hubs, the address of the future.

As you are aware in this time of meltdown, real estate prices are crashing around us, losing their steroids and coming down to ground realities. Eden City, however, has remained unaffected because of its sensible pricing and policies, offering those who have booked flats real value and the asset creation opportunity of a lifetime at realistic prices.

I am happy to report that the project itself is progressing well. We are striving to complete the work before the deadline so that we can bring you home before time. I have every hope of seeing that fulfilled.
