We are pleased to report to all our customers that the construction work at your project is progressing smoothly. You are probably aware that the real estate sector in India is going through challenging times. In Kolkata, construction work at several residential projects has significantly slowed down, if not completely stopped. However, it gives us great pleasure to inform you that the work in your Eden City Maheshtala project is continuing full fledged, without being affected at all. We are determined to ensure that your project is completed without any significant loss of time.

PILING WORKS

Out of a total of 4298 piles in the entire project, as on 11/12/08, the total no. of piles completed is 2278 nos. |
| The piling works have been completed in Blocks C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C10, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D10, E3 and E8 (17 blocks). The work is currently going on in Blocks C9, D1, E1, E2, E7 and B1 and the scheduled completion targets are respectively as follows: C9 – first week of January 09, D1 – first week of January 09, E1 – end December 08, E2 – end January 09, E7 – end January 09, and B1 – mid January 09. |
| The work is expected to commence shortly in Blocks D11, E4, A1 and A3. |
| All piling work is expected to be completed by end April 2009. |
